Anatomy of a Batch Auction (a.k.a. “Dutch Auction”)

• Submit your bid price per CD3D token in BUSD (minimum $0.03/CD3D)
• Submit your bid amount (minimum $10.00/maximum $15,000.00)
• After 12 hour sale ends, orders are arranged highest bids to lowest bids until all tokens are SOLD
• in the case of same bid price, largest orders to smallest will be filled first
• unsold bid amounts are left to be reclaimed by bidder

EXAMPLE:
8M tokens with a minimum bid price of $0.03
5M worth of tokens are bid at $0.05
4M tokens are bid at $0.04
3M tokens are bid at $0.03
the results would be:

5M sold at $0.05
3M sold at $0.04
0 sold at $0.03
